Conditions of use
Terms of service
These terms govern the use of larissaiapichino.com and its related management tools. By using the site you accept them.
Who runs the site
The site is run by JUMP S.r.l., VAT number IT07055130483, which handles communications and commercial relations for the athlete Larissa Iapichino. Contact: info@jump4excellence.com.
What it offers
The site publishes sporting, biographical and editorial information: competition results and reports, brand collaborations, press coverage, podcasts and news. Access is free, requires no account, and involves no online sale of goods or services.
Content and rights
Texts, photographs, films, trademarks and layout belong to their respective owners. Photographs carry the author’s name where available.
You may read the pages and share links to them. You may not reproduce, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission. Requests can be sent to the address above.
Links and third-party content
Some pages embed films hosted by YouTube and Dailymotion and link to third-party sites. The site operator does not control that content and is not responsible for the terms those providers apply.
Accuracy
Results and marks are reported with care, but the official figures remain those published by the federations and competition organisers. Information may be changed or updated at any time without notice.
Management area
The site includes a restricted area, reached with credentials, used by whoever updates the content. To import photographs from Google Drive, that area may connect to the Google account of the person using it, limited strictly to the files that person selects. No other account content is read and no Google credentials are stored on the server. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time from the security settings of your Google account.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. The operator is not liable for interruptions, malfunctions or temporary unavailability, nor for damages arising from use or inability to use it, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the court of the operator’s registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date below shows the latest revision.
