Processing of personal data
Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data of visitors to larissaiapichino.com is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Who processes the data
The data controller is JUMP S.r.l., VAT number IT07055130483. For any request concerning your data, write to info@jump4excellence.com.
What is collected
Browsing data. As with any website, the hosting servers record IP address, browser type, operating system, page requested, date and time. This is technical data, needed to serve the page and keep the service secure, and it is kept only as long as necessary.
Data you send. If you write to the email addresses shown on the site, the contents of your message are processed in order to answer you.
The site has no sign-up and builds no user profiles.
Why
Browsing data is processed on the controller’s legitimate interest in running the site and protecting it from abuse. Email is processed to answer the request it contains.
Third-party services
Some pages embed content hosted elsewhere. Until that content is activated, nothing is sent to the provider: videos stay on a still preview and the player itself loads only on click.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Dailymotion (Dailymotion SA) for competition and collaboration films
- Google Fonts for typefaces
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), only after consent, to measure visits and campaign performance
Once such content loads, the provider receives your IP address and may read or set its own cookies, under its own policies.
How long
Server logs are kept for as long as security and diagnostics require. Email correspondence is kept for as long as the matter it concerns is open.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@jump4excellence.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the services used by the site change. The date below shows the latest revision.
