“I am very happy that this autobiographical account of a period of my life, as beautiful as it was difficult, can be read by so many people. I firmly believe that where challenges seem impossible, what matters is always finding the way to jump beyond them. That is the meaning of my story, because everything is impossible until you do it. In a liquid world, knowing how to handle uncertainty is essential, and sport, with its measures, goals and challenges, helps build the character of young people and not only them. I hope every reader feels a strong urge to “run in the air” and go and take hold of their dreams.”
